 Alistair Fyfe
Since 1985, Mr. Fyfe has been involved in the interest rate swap business. He has experience in all aspects of the industry, including marketing, operations and risk management.
He has extensive experience in starting and developing interest rate swap groups at commercial banks. From 1985 to 2000, Mr. Fyfe headed the interest rate swap group at KeyBank. During the course of his tenure, he grew the business from $1 million to $60 million in revenues.
Since 1999, Mr. Fyfe has worked with many commercial banks on a joint venture basis to start, develop and grow interest rate swap groups. He worked with regional banks ranging in size from less than $1 billion to more than $40 billion in assets. All of these relationships have resulted in successful and profitable ventures.
His length and breadth of experience in working on middle market hedging programs is unmatched in the United States. Mr. Fyfe has experience working with all areas within a bank, including: bank boards, executive management, treasury groups, accounting, regulators and internal auditors.
Mr. Fyfe earned his undergraduate degree in accounting and business law from Stirling University, Scotland, and a postgraduate degree in export management from Buckinghamshire College, England.
