The B&F Capital Markets Marketing Division utilizes a proactive approach. Central to this methodology is in-person relationship building with both bank personnel and prospective commercial loan clients. This involves significant in-market presence on an ongoing basis.

In fact, one client, an executive vice president for commercial lending at one of B&F Capital Markets’ regional bank partners, remarked that “B&F Capital Markets provides our relationship managers with better service and coverage from its offices in Cleveland, Ohio, than we receive from some product specialists in our own building.”

Such service begins with in-person training sessions conducted by B&F Capital Markets with the bank’s corporate lenders to educate them on how interest rate products can help them win and retain more loan business. These are followed up with regular one-on-one meetings to further earn their confidence and identify clients that can benefit from the products. B&F Capital Markets marketing professionals will then team with the bank’s loan officers on client meetings to provide consistent delivery of the products and to ensure that all aspects of the products are understood by clients.
